1. Rescheduling
- Free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Less than 24 hours: the Company will do its best to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability.
2. Cancellations and refunds

Refund processing: 7 — 14 business days via bank transfer.
3. Reshoots / Edits
- Company-side issues (wrong concept, technical errors, wrong agreed wardrobe): a complimentary reshoot within 7 days.
- Edits beyond the package: charged per current pricing.
4. Force majeure
Severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics: both parties may agree to reschedule or receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
