Frequently asked questions about pricing

Does the price include makeup and wardrobe?
Yes. Every package from ID photos to Signature Profile at Gạo Nâu Profile is all-inclusive: makeup, hair, wardrobe support, photography and retouching — with no hidden fees.
Are there discounts for groups or companies?
Yes. Groups of 5+ qualify for special pricing. Companies with 30+ employees have dedicated packages priced by team size. Call our hotline at (+84) 775 243 530 for a quote within 24 hours.
Are there late or rescheduling fees?
We don't charge late fees. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, simply notify our sales team or call the hotline so we can hold your slot. For delays over 30 minutes, we prioritize the next client to stay on schedule. Surcharges only apply when you request special wardrobe, accessories or set design beyond the package — quoted upfront.
Can I choose photos before retouching?
Yes. Right after the shoot, you'll review and choose your favorites at the studio (15 minutes). We only retouch the images you've selected — so you receive exactly what you love.
How long does delivery take?
Administrative ID photos: same day at the studio. Graduation / CV photos: 1 — 3 days. Basic Profile: 3 — 5 days. Premium Profile: 5 — 7 days. Signature Profile: 7 — 10 days. Corporate Team: 10 — 15 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash at the studio, bank transfer (Vietcombank, Techcombank, MB Bank), e-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay) and VietQR.
